I didn’t create this course because I studied heartbreak. I created it because I lived it.
After my own breakup, my heart wasn’t the only thing that broke. My sense of self collapsed.
I looked “functional” on the outside, but inside I was overwhelmed, restless, and stuck in emotional loops I didn’t understand.
What helped me wasn’t motivation. It was structure.
This course is the exact process I wish I had back then calm, grounded, and without pressure to “move on.”
